2. Counter-Notice Process

3. Repeat Infringers

Shortsy maintains a policy for terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Accounts with multiple valid DMCA notices may be subject to suspension or termination at Shortsys discretion.


4. False Claims

Submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. You may be responsible for damages, including costs and attorney fees, if you knowingly make a false claim of copyright infringement.
